Recent Accomplishments
- 720 West 34th st 1.58 acres of land Seller Emergency Service Partners. This tract will be redeveloped for a new 22,000 sq ft medical building. Brian sold the land and helped put together most of the doctors for the new development.
- Triangle Tract 45th, Lamar, and Guadalupe. Joint Venture with Seton Hospital and RehabCare Rehabilitation Hospital. Brian assisted with bringing in the developer and land acquisition.
- 16 acre tract on Wyoming Springs across the street from the Round Rock Medical Center. Under development new assisted living facility. Brian brought together the operator, developer, and the land acquisition
- 351 Cypress Creek Road Cedar Park. Brian assisted the doctors with acquiring the building after the property was foreclosed and assisted in the rezoning process for the surgery center.
- 2200 Rosewood Avenue. Brian found the property and investors for a build-to-suit for Wellmed
- Wellmed Ben White Expansion
- Wellmed new Quarry Lake Business Park clinic by Seton Northwest
Dental Update
The Brian Novy Company (commercial real estate) and Ana Salas-Porras Practicewise (dental consultant and practice management/marketing) have joined forces to provide the dental community with a complete source for evaluating and acquiring dental practices.
